Guess what I made for lunch today?

The idea came from a Japanese show that I watched while vacationing in Taiwan. I’ve been wanting to try it out!

Can you guess what I made? Ingredient: Radish, stir fried stuffings (I used garlic, mushroom, potato, cabbage and ground beef), flour, and water.

Here’s a clue. I sliced the radish really thin and rubbed salt on it to make it soft. Can you guess it now?

Ta-da~~!!! Yup. Dumplings. :) That I later on turned into gyozas. Unfortunately the pan that I used was not non-stick, so the result was not so yummy looking… There’s no picture of the final product. :p

For people who have time on their hands, they should try it out!! It was quite delicious and it’s a healthier way of eating gyozas!
